Saud Sheikh

Film location manager and taxi service in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, Maharashtra.

A site that pitches a whole region to productions: locations, permissions, crew and gear, transport and the work, as one plan-a-shoot journey.
A concierge card instead of a contact form: plan a shoot, book a car, call or email. On a laptop, a QR code carries the conversation to the phone.
An aerial video opening with sound, and a second line of business beside the first: cars from anywhere in India to any hotel in the hills.

Alongside the client work, SI is building its own software for the way films are actually made, for productions anywhere in the world. All of it is under test; none of it is on sale yet.

RecceTrax™. Location scouting, organised: the places, the pictures, the permissions and the notes, in one place a whole unit can share.

ProTrax™. Production management: the day-to-day of a production, its people, schedules and departments, and the production budget every day is spent against, run from one system.

Finance system. The money side of the company, end to end: invoices, payables and receivables, the ledger and reconciliations, connected to the accounting books and to local tax, whether that is GST, VAT, US sales tax or another regime, so the numbers reach the books and the returns without being typed in twice.

How it is made

Everything at Dot & Feather SI is made AI-first. Not a template with a chatbot bolted on: the whole build runs through AI, from the first sketch to the database, directed by people who make films. These are the tools in the room.

Language models

The frontier models write, review and test the code, the copy and the structure, each where it is strongest: Claude Fable and Opus, GPT-6 Astra in ChatGPT, and Codex.

Image, video & motion

Seedance, Google Flow and Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Luma Dream Machine, Hailuo and the other leading video models make the pictures that move: the welcome films, the characters, the worlds, finished to screen quality. The set changes as the models do; the standard does not.

Research & workspace

NotebookLM turns research into working knowledge; Notion holds the briefs, the plans and the decisions, so every project has one source of truth.

MCPs

Model Context Protocol servers connect the models to the real tools, from hosting and files to design and data, so the work happens inside the systems themselves.

Skills

Written skills hold the house rules: the brand, the voice, and the checks every page has to pass before it ships.

Systems

Behind the screen: portals, CRMs and SQL databases, with the integrations that join them to email, payments and accounting, built the same way.

Product development

Our own software goes from a written spec to a working prototype, and is currently being tested on real productions.
